Hi, I’m Darnell

I’m so glad you’re here. I am the President and Co-Founder here at LeadOne. I firmly believe that each of us has a unique sphere of influence that we can intentionally maximize on a daily basis. It is my heart's desire to empower and equip individuals to reach their fullest potential and walk unapologetically in their God-given purpose.

As husband, father, brother, uncle, author, mentor, and administrator, I too understand the impact that I can have on the lives of those in my household and community.

I am a graduate of Trinity International University with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Temple University with a Masters in Educational Leadership. I’ve been in educator for over 20 years, assuming the roles of Teacher, Assistant Principal and Acting Principal in both urban and suburban school districts across the country. Currently, I have the honor to serve as a high school Administrator.

I look forward to joining you on this journey of great influence as we together, impact lives for generations to come.

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here. I am the Co-Founder here at LeadOne, CEO of SOMEI Brand Marketing and of Grace and Beauty Tea Collection. I believe in the transformation of leaders as an executive coach, brand consultant, speaker, and communicator.

It’s an honor to be a wife, mom, and business owner. This makes me passionate about empowering and equipping others to thrive without compromise in life and career. I am a graduate of the University of Illinois Gies College of Business with a Bachlors of Science in Business Administration and hold an MBA from Eastern University in Pennsylvania.
