Sharnell is an accomplished marketer with experience in developing branding strategies with some of today’s leading consumer brands.

As Co-Founder of LeadOne LLC and Founder of Somei Brand Strategy, Sharnell is as marketing guru with a passion for supporting leaders with strong branding strategies that build authentic connections with their ideal audience so they can realize their dreams!

She’s worked in Brand Management in consumer-driven industries developing brand identity systems, creative, and content to reach women audiences for several brands. I’ve learned the ins and outs of positioning product lines to best compete and win against competition. Sharnell’s experience in connecting people with brand experiences through marketing; social and digital platforms, print collateral, traditional TV media, radio, point of sale, and promotions prepares her to build the strategies for small businesses that grow and reach their new levels of success.

As a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Business and an MBA from Eastern University, Sharnell is a branding consultant, biz coach, and speaker.

She lives outside of Chicago, Illinois with her husband Darnell and their two children; Sydney and Winston.
